I’m not a fan of the humidity, but I do realize that it can also play a role in your heat tolerance. I have always had a tendency to heat up my rooms, but when I find myself in a heat-drenched room, I’ve found that my best and easiest way to avoid getting too hot is to not warm my room.
This is because when air temps get above 92 degrees, your body sends out a signal that you are too warm and that your body is trying to get rid of the excess heat. Your body tries to cool itself, but you have to learn to tolerate heat before you can actually avoid getting too hot.
When the air temps get above 92 degrees, your body sends out a signal that you are too hot.
That’s the most important part of this challenge. If you don’t get too hot, you don’t need to do this challenge. If you do, you don’t need to do this challenge.
The idea is that when you get below 92 degrees, the human body has only one thing on it: a tiny little warm blanket.
The challenge is to stay below 88 degrees for as long as you can. So when you get to 92 degrees, you still have the blanket, but you feel so warm that you can’t actually hold it. The blanket has no substance, and you need to hold it.
Cool, I like that.
So you have to get to a place that is comfortable to hold a blanket. This is the challenge.
The challenge is simple. You will have to get to a location you can hold a blanket without sweating too much. We’ll find the location. You’ll have to be able to hold the blanket for as long as possible.
The challenge. To do it. To not get sweaty? Well, I hope so.
